Enrollment steps

Step 1: Requesting of enrollment form

The enrollment form below may be downloaded.

You are also welcome to collect a form from the school after you have made an appointment.

Step 2: Important documentation

The following documentation must accompany your apllication:

Your child’s birth certificate
Immunisation record
Both parents/caregivers’ ID documents.

All these documents must accompany your application; otherwise, the application will not be accepted.

Step 3: Submit your application

The application may be sent electronically to Retha at retha@suikerbosacademy.com or personally handed in at the school.

Please note: An appointment is required to hand it in in person.
